FAQ

I selected several sizes. Why do I only get one ICO file?
A standard .ico file is essentially a container (an icon pack) that can hold multiple image frames of different sizes and color depths in a single file. All the sizes you selected are included in this one file, and the operating system or browser automatically picks the best frame for each context. If you need a separate file for each size, use "Split by size".
Why does the 16 px icon look blurry?
At small sizes, thin lines and details are squeezed into a few pixels. Prepare a simplified SVG for small icons: thicker strokes, fewer details, and key edges aligned to whole pixels.
Why are images, fonts, or some content missing?
For security reasons, browsers do not load external images, fonts, or stylesheets when drawing an SVG, and HTML inside foreignObject may not render. Embed images as data URLs and convert text to paths before converting.
Why did my icon turn black?
currentColor in an SVG inherits the surrounding text color. When rendered on its own there is none, so it falls back to black. Replace currentColor with a specific color value.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Parsing, rendering, and packaging all happen locally in your browser, and the data is released when you close the page.
